A dynamic organization in the real estate and development sector is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join its finance team. About the Role
Reporting to a senior finance leader, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. You will also support month-end close activities, respond to vendor inquiries, and participate in ad hoc projects that drive process improvements across the department.

 

What You’ll Do
  • Handle day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs, while keeping financial records complete and up to date.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and provide clear, timely information.
  • Maintain vendor databases, including account, banking, and compliance details.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and support financial reporting cycles.
  • Help process company credit card transactions and reconcile expenses.
  • Contribute to audits, reporting tasks, and ongoing process enhancements.
What You Bring
  • 2 years+ Experience in accounts payable, finance, or a similar administrative accounting role.
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of spreadsheets and general accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and a professional approach to working with others.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
