A revered organization in the consumer goods sector is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support its finance team on a short-term contract. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and process customer invoices and incoming payments.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate variances, and maintain accurate records.
- Support collections and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and general accounting systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
