About the Role
Reporting into a senior corporate finance leader, this role focuses on supporting key financial reporting processes. You'll contribute to the preparation of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements, assist with audit requirements, and ensure reporting accuracy through workbook reviews and variance analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
- Review internal financial workbooks to support quarter-end reporting
- Prepare variance analyses to support internal and external audit processes
- Contribute to the integrity of financial reporting under IFRS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and accounting teams
- Gain mentorship from experienced leaders and exposure to large-scale financial operations
- 2–3 years of experience in a financial reporting or accounting role (audit or industry)
- Progress toward a CPA designation (CPA in progress preferred but not required)
- Solid understanding of IFRS and financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Industry experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
