These roles are critical to supporting the company’s month-end close processes and technical accounting function during a period of integration and transformation.
About the Roles
As Director of Finance, you will oversee key financial reporting processes and manage a team responsible for external filings, monthly and quarterly consolidations, and complex technical accounting matters. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial information shared with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability
- Drive month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes
- Interpret and apply complex accounting standards, including those related to equity and financial instruments
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Support ongoing integration efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Assist with audit and compliance requirements
- CPA designation and 6+ of progressive post-designation experience
- Background in public accounting and/or public companies
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting standards
- Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
