About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership within a large international finance organization, this role is responsible for managing and enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. The successful candidate will lead ongoing system administration, support business transformation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the ERP system evolves with organizational needs.
What You'll Do
- Administer and configure the D365 environment, including system settings, workflows, and security roles
- Support and maintain integrations through data management frameworks, OData, and Power Platform connections
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using lifecycle and cloud management tools
- Lead user support and training, acting as the SME for global finance teams and building a support function
- Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including UAT coordination and governance
- Play a key role in a multi-year ERP migration project from a legacy system to D365, driving process improvements and automation opportunities
- Maintain system documentation and enforce governance standards in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Strong experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management administration, including lifecycle services, security, batch jobs, and integrations
- Working knowledge of cloud identity and access management, basic Azure fundamentals, and Power Platform tools
- Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, data events) and DevOps pipelines
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working across global teams and external consultants
- Leadership experience in building or managing support teams
- Strong understanding of financial or ERP business processes is an asset
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
