About the Role

You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing, clear reporting, and positive client experiences.
What You’ll Do

  • Ensure invoices are accurate, delivered promptly, and aligned with internal standards
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with appropriate stakeholders
  • Investigate discrepancies, make necessary corrections, and track adjustments

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and support collection efforts
  • Prepare routine financial reports, including receivables tracking and billing performance
  • Assist with reconciliation of deferred revenues, incentives, and pass-through costs
  • Support month-end and quarter-end processes for client finance
  • Contribute to process improvements and help ensure billing accuracy across accounts
What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in billing, finance, or accounts receivable
  • Diploma or degree in accounting, business, or a related discipline preferred
  • Comfortable working with ledgers, reconciliations, and basic financial principles
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Team player who is adaptable, solution-focused, and proactive in addressing issues
Why Join
This is a chance to grow your finance career in a supportive and fast-moving environment. You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team where your ideas are welcomed, and your work has a direct impact. The organization offers hybrid work flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to learn from a high-performing finance group with room to advance your skills and career.
