About the Role:
A well-established public-sector services organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major Financial Model & Services Transformation initiative. Reporting to senior functional leadership, this role focuses on redefining service offerings, modernizing pricing structures, and guiding a multi-year shift in commercial approach.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead a complex, cross-functional program focused on service definition, costing, and pricing model redesign.
• Build an enterprise service pricing framework informed by financial, operational, and strategic drivers.
• Translate financial models into actionable structures in collaboration with Finance and SMEs.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and internal stakeholders to align service, contract, and pricing decisions.
• Assess legacy pricing approaches, identify gaps, and recommend practical, scalable improvements.
• Present recommendations to senior leaders and gain alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Drive change adoption for new pricing and service models, ensuring internal and external understanding.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA/CPA an asset).
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in finance, service transformation, or contract-driven environments.
• Experience commercializing services, designing pricing models, and identifying cost drivers.
• Strong analytical ability to convert conceptual financial models into clear, usable outputs.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, Operations).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management capability.
• PMP or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in service-delivery or contact-centre environments is an asset.
