A dynamic organization in the commercial real estate sector is seeking a Leasing Manager to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams while managing a diverse portfolio of office and retail properties. It's an excellent fit for professionals with strong negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

About the Role:

Reporting to a senior asset management leader, this role oversees leasing activities across a portfolio of commercial properties, driving occupancy, optimizing deal value, and fostering relationships with brokers, tenants, and other key stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead leasing efforts across multiple commercial assets, managing both new tenant acquisitions and renewals to meet portfolio targets.
  • Negotiate financial and business terms for lease proposals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct and maintain market intelligence, tracking occupancy levels, rental rates, new developments, and comparable transactions.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and prospects, representing the company with professionalism and credibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as property management, construction, and operations to ensure smooth transitions from negotiation to tenant occupancy.
  • Plan and participate in networking and promotional events aimed at increasing visibility and attracting new leasing opportunities.
  • Support senior management with reporting, forecasting, and other special initiatives or projects as needed.

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing or property management, preferably within office or retail portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret lease agreements and related documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with real estate software or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred.
Why Join:

This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented organization where you'll gain exposure to strategic leasing decisions and senior leadership. You'll work in an environment that values initiative, teamwork, and results—offering room for professional growth and the chance to make a tangible impact on portfolio performance.
