About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will work closely with private clients, supporting them through audit engagements and financial reporting requirements. What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the planning, execution, and completion of audits for private client engagements.
- Provide clients with practical recommendations related to business operations and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Participate in technical discussions and reviews to develop well-supported solutions.
- Build industry knowledge to anticipate risks, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Continue growing your skills through ongoing learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
- Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of audit or assurance experience, ideally supporting private clients.
- Candidates with public accounting backgrounds will also be considered.
- Working towards or enrolled in the CPA designation process.
- Strong communication skills, including professional proficiency in French.
- An interest in technical accounting research and understanding internal control environments.
- Comfort with a variety of software tools and openness to learning new technologies.
