About the Role Reporting into a senior finance leader, this position is responsible for overseeing critical operational finance functions, managing a direct report, and contributing to the financial health and efficiency of the organization. What You'll Do

  • Provide oversight and management for Accounts Payable processes.
  • Administer and maintain expense management systems.
  • Conduct accurate bank reconciliations and manage bank-related administrative tasks.
  • Support revenue reporting processes.
  • Assist with payroll activities.
  • Contribute to cash flow management and treasury operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to achieve financial objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and processes.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, with a significant focus on operational finance and Accounts Payable.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, including managing at least one direct report.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting processes, operational finance, cash flow management, and treasury principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Experience with modern financial systems and expense management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically expected.
  • CPA designation is not a requirement for this role; practical experience is highly valued.
