A technology-focused companies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their corporate finance team. This role offers the opportunity to provide deep analytical insight, drive process improvements, and support strategic financial decision-making across multiple business units and regions.

This position is responsible for overseeing critical operational finance functions, managing a direct report, and contributing to the financial health and efficiency of the organization. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support accounting processes, including revenue recognition and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in consolidation, reporting, and daily finance operations.
  • Partner with business unit finance teams to streamline month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Review and analyze account reconciliations, complex journal entries, and intercompany transactions.
  • Provide guidance and support for general ledger inquiries and account setup.
  • Perform consolidated business performance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Collaborate across finance teams to maintain strong communication and ensure continuous feedback.
  • Participate in special projects, operational analyses, and ad-hoc initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent; CA/CPA/ACCA designation completed or in progress; CFA considered an asset.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, ideally within technology-focused or multi-unit organizations.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and IFRS standards.
  • Advanced Excel and strong proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with financial systems general ledger platforms is a plus.
