A dynamic organization in the manufacturing & distribution sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support both financial reporting and analytical functions. This role offers broad exposure across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analytics, making it ideal for professionals with a firm foundation in public accounting and hands-on industry experience.

About the Role:
Reporting to a Senior Financial Analyst this position plays a key role in supporting month-end reporting, budgeting cycles, revenue analysis, and operational decision-making. The role is approximately 50% accounting and 50% financial analysis, offering a balanced mix of technical reporting work and forward-looking insights.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/price-volume analytics to support business planning.
  • Analyze sales trends, pricing updates, commodity impacts, and margin drivers.
  • Prepare operational and executive-level reporting packages.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, and finance to ensure accurate financial data and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements as the business scales.
What You Bring:
  • CPA designation (or final stages) strongly preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in form or industry
  • Strong technical accounting foundation with exposure to financial reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or revenue/margin analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to raise issues early and collaborate effectively.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented approach — someone who takes ownership and wants to learn.
