About the Role:
Reporting into a FP&A Team Lead, this position plays a key role in financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting across the organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with operational and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making, efficiency initiatives, and ongoing business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities
- Build and maintain financial, costing, and scenario-based models to assess profitability and performance
- Develop and enhance management dashboards and reporting tools for operational and executive audiences
- Analyze key performance indicators and translate data into actionable insights
- Partner with internal teams to identify cost efficiencies and process improvements
- Support month-end and periodic review processes through timely and accurate analysis
- Contribute to the enhancement of financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls
- University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business discipline
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) or progress toward one
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and data visualization or reporting tools
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in operations-driven or asset-intensive industries is considered an asset
