About The Role
We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, deliver insights that guide business decisions, and partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives. You will also lead a dedicated finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across all financial operations. What You’ll Do

  • Lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and monitor business performance.
  • Analyze product, customer, and operational profitability to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop processes that optimize portfolio performance and enhance material margins.
  • Provide financial leadership in business planning, operational reviews, and value improvement projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering engagement, development, and clear performance goals.
  • Oversee financial components of site performance reviews, sales and operations planning, and demand/supply analysis.
  • Support the preparation of board-level presentations and strategic updates.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, audits, and organizational policies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CPA designation (completed or in progress) is an asset.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
