A leading real estate investment company is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst
to join their expanding treasury team. This position involves managing daily cash operations and bank relationships, providing meaningful exposure to global finance teams. It’s well suited for professionals skilled in cash management and eager to develop their treasury expertise.
About the Role
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Treasury, this position is responsible for supporting daily cash management, treasury reporting, bank account administration, and vendor payment verification to ensure smooth and accurate treasury operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily cash transactions, including wire transfers and account funding, ensuring adequate liquidity
- Prepare and distribute treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts and FX activity updates
- Maintain and update bank account information, supporting account openings, KYC, and audit documentation
- Verify vendor electronic payment instructions and manage vendor approval workflows
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams across multiple regions and with external financial institutions
- Support treasury system administration and participate in process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; treasury or financial certifications are an asset
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or related finance roles
- Proficiency with ERP and treasury management systems preferred
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in the real estate or investment management sector is a plus
