Property Accountant

We’re seeking a Property Accountant with at least 2 years of commercial real estate experience to join one of our clients in North York.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive team environment while continuing to build their career in property accounting.

The Role:
- Full cycle property accounting for commercial assets
- Reporting and reconciliations across assigned properties
- Working closely with a collaborative, growth-minded team

Details:
- Location: North York, near Yorkdale Mall
- On-site: 4 days per week
- Compensation: $75K–$85K base salary
