About the Role
Reporting to a senior finance leader, this position sits within a lean finance team and supports a range of core accounting, financial analysis, and planning activities. You’ll gain insight into multiple aspects of the business while working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end processes
- Contribute to the automation and improvement of financial workflows and reporting
- Assist with collections processes, including both direct and third-party arrangements
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis tied to business initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as operations and risk-related functions to support financial accuracy and alignment
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a financial services or regulated industry environment
- Progress toward, or completion of, a professional accounting designation (CPA preferred)
- Strong foundational accounting knowledge and comfort working with financial systems
- Experience or interest in financial analysis, process improvement, and automation
- Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with stakeholders across the business
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team setting
