  • Assist with audit preparation and work with external auditors as required.
  • Analyze financial information and provide insight to support management decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, controls, and overall efficiency.
  • Partner with colleagues across finance and the broader organization to resolve accounting issues and support business priorities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops, with the opportunity to expand into broader financial leadership.

What You Bring

  • Strong accounting background with progressive experience and increasing responsibility.
  • Public accounting or professional accounting firm experience is highly valued.
  • Experience at the Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar level.
  • Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
  • Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Exposure to audits and working with external auditors.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset and genuine interest in developing toward broader financial leadership.
Why Join
Opportunity to step into an Assistant Controller-level position with meaningful scope and visibility. Exposure to senior stakeholders and a wide range of accounting and financial matters. Clear potential to take on greater responsibility as your experience and impact grow.
