What You’ll Do
- Take full responsibility for the trial balance and monthly close process
- Oversee AR, AP, inventory accounting, and general ledger activities
- Lead and mentor a small finance team
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
- Partner with upper management to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiencies
What You Bring
- CPA designation required
- Approximately 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience within an inventory-driven distribution or similar operational environment
- Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
