About the Role
Reporting to the finance leadership team, this position supports day-to-day accounting operations while helping ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and distribute regular internal management reports
- Support compliance reporting for external stakeholders and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and consolidated financial statements
- Produce ad hoc financial analysis and reports for management or investors
- Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts
- Investigate and resolve internal accounting inquiries and discrepancies
- Review loan payment calculations and verify third-party financial information
- Assist with borrower statement reviews and related reconciliations
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial reporting and operational processes
What You Bring
- A university degree or college diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team
