About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Finance Manager will oversee key financial reporting and accounting activities while driving improvements across a multi-entity organization. You’ll partner with finance, technology, and operational leaders to improve reporting, automation, controls, and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review financial statements, analysis, and management reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
- Oversee core accounting activities and promote consistent policies and controls
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance processes
- Improve financial systems, reporting, and data quality
- Support business integrations and other strategic finance initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to provide financial insight
- Mentor and support members of the finance team
What You Bring
- University degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent designation preferred
- Approximately 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience in a multi-entity or complex business environment
- Strong understanding of close, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and controls
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
- Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, or process transformation is an asset
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
