What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial results, track performance, and support forecasting and planning activities
- Assist long-term planning and valuation processes, including reviewing assumptions and validating financial projections
- Prepare clear, concise materials for leadership highlighting performance and insights
- Review and consolidate financial information from business units to ensure accuracy
- Build a strong understanding of operational drivers to effectively interpret and communicate financial outcomes
- Support the integration of new business units into finance and reporting processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting and decision-making
- Identify process improvements and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required
What You Bring
- CPA designation required
- Prior experience in a public accounting is considered an asset
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Clear and professional communication style, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at various levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial models
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise messaging
