A leading organization is seeking a Finance Manager to join its finance team. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to support strategic decision-making across a diverse operating platform.

About the Role Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position plays a key role in delivering financial insights, supporting planning and valuation processes, and monitoring business performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and operating teams to drive analysis, improve reporting, and contribute to the overall growth of the platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze financial results, track performance, and support forecasting and planning activities
  • Assist long-term planning and valuation processes, including reviewing assumptions and validating financial projections
  • Prepare clear, concise materials for leadership highlighting performance and insights
  • Review and consolidate financial information from business units to ensure accuracy
  • Build a strong understanding of operational drivers to effectively interpret and communicate financial outcomes
  • Support the integration of new business units into finance and reporting processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting and decision-making
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required

What You Bring
  • CPA designation required
  • Prior experience in a public accounting is considered an asset
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Clear and professional communication style, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at various levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial models
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise messaging
