What You’ll Do
- Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports to support business decision-making
- Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Partner with internal teams to support payroll-related analysis and financial reporting impacts
- Assist with audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate outcomes and support strategic initiatives
- Analyze large datasets to provide insights on cost structures, incentives, and performance metrics
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency
What You Bring
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
- Strong technical skills, including advanced spreadsheet capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with financial modeling or forecasting is an asset
