What You’ll Do
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances to identify trends and insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial performance
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability and overall business efficiency
- Assist with pricing, cost management, and other performance-related initiatives
- Prepare regular reporting and present key insights to leadership
- Monitor and track key performance indicators across the business
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and enhancements to reporting capabilities
What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- A university degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- CPA designation is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
