A growing community care organization is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to help strengthen its financial strategy and reporting capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to build and refine core planning processes, provide meaningful insights to senior leadership, and play a visible role in supporting long-term growth initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive finance professional who enjoys translating complex financial data into clear insights and building scalable reporting frameworks.

About the Role This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives while helping shape the organization’s evolving FP&A function. You will partner closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide analysis that informs strategic decisions and operational improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate organization-wide financial planning cycles, including forward-looking projections and performance outlooks
  • Design and maintain analytical tools that help leadership evaluate business performance and future scenarios
  • Produce concise financial summaries and presentation materials for executive and governance-level discussions
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen internal reporting structures and introduce more consistent planning methodologies
  • Interpret operational and financial performance trends to highlight potential risks and areas for improvement
  • Work alongside operational leaders to understand drivers of performance and support data-informed decision-making
  • Support evaluations related to growth initiatives, capital allocation, and long-term financial planning
  • Deliver targeted financial insights for special initiatives or strategic projects as they arise

What You Bring
  • CPA/CFA is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or planning-related roles
  • Strong quantitative abilities with advanced financial modelling and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to present financial insights in a clear and compelling way to senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across teams and leadership groups
  • Experience supporting financial planning activities in a multi-entity or multi-location environment is an asset
