A growing organization is seeking a Manager of Finance to join its finance leadership team. This role offers a unique blend of technical tax ownership and strategic financial planning, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys both compliance and forward-looking analysis.

About the Role Reporting to a senior finance leader, this position is responsible for overseeing corporate tax compliance and planning while leading core financial planning and analysis activities. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain financial models to support planning and operational decisions
  • Lead budgeting cycles and analyze variances, identifying trends and key drivers
  • Support internal transactions and contribute to ongoing process and planning initiatives
  • Oversee regulatory and compliance-related filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and review various calculations and supporting schedules
  • Monitor changes in relevant guidelines and assess potential impacts
  • Assist with audit processes and coordinate with external partners as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and planning
  • Contribute to cash flow oversight and general financial health monitoring
  • Enhance existing tools, reports, and processes to improve efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support continuous improvement

What You Bring
  • CPA designation required
  • 5+ years of progressive experience across accounting, reporting, or planning functions
  • Broad understanding of financial compliance and reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data and financial models
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience in complex or multi-entity environments is considered an asset
