What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and operational decisions
- Lead budgeting cycles and analyze variances, identifying trends and key drivers
- Support internal transactions and contribute to ongoing process and planning initiatives
- Oversee regulatory and compliance-related filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review various calculations and supporting schedules
- Monitor changes in relevant guidelines and assess potential impacts
- Assist with audit processes and coordinate with external partners as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and planning
- Contribute to cash flow oversight and general financial health monitoring
- Enhance existing tools, reports, and processes to improve efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support continuous improvement
What You Bring
- CPA designation required
- 5+ years of progressive experience across accounting, reporting, or planning functions
- Broad understanding of financial compliance and reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data and financial models
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in complex or multi-entity environments is considered an asset
