What You'll Do

- Partner cross-functionally on process improvements, systems initiatives, and other finance projects.
- Support regulatory or compliance-related financial requirements where applicable.
- Contribute to broader finance initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
What You'll Bring
- CPA designation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Manager or Senior Manager-level experience within finance, accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, or a related function.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
- Experience supporting capital planning, asset accounting, or financial reporting is considered an asset.
- Experience within a regulated industry, particularly utilities or infrastructure, is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory accounting or experience supporting regulatory filings is considered a significant asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial information into actionable recommendations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, evolving environment while managing competing priorities.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
