About the Role
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Senior Accountant will support financial reporting, project accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and capital expenditure management.
This position is particularly suited to someone who can move comfortably between detailed financial analysis and broader business priorities. You'll be expected to investigate the numbers, identify potential risks and opportunities, and help leadership make informed decisions about how resources are allocated.

- Build practical solutions when new financial or operational challenges arise
- Provide financial analysis to support major projects and business initiatives
- Contribute to scalable accounting and reporting processes as the finance function evolves
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience; CPA designation is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong, directly relevant experience
- Experience in a regulated, capital-intensive, or project-based industry is highly valued
- Strong background in project accounting, capital expenditure tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience working with significant development, research, construction, or other capital expenditures
- Ability to track projects from initial budgets through execution and assess spending, forecasts, and variances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of unfamiliar or evolving challenges
- Comfortable operating in an environment where processes and priorities continue to develop
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial information into practical recommendations
- A commercially minded approach with an understanding of how accounting and financial analysis support broader business decisions
Why Join
This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where the finance function is evolving alongside the business. You'll have meaningful exposure to leadership, major projects, capital planning, and process development rather than working within a narrowly defined accounting function.
The environment is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and suited to someone who wants to have a visible impact while continuing to broaden their financial and commercial expertise.
