A mission-driven organization is seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate & Performance Reporting to join its finance team. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to both financial and non-financial reporting, including sustainability and performance measurement initiatives.

About the Role Reporting to a senior finance leader, this position plays a key role in corporate reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking. You will support the development of strategic plans and reporting frameworks, while helping translate business activities into meaningful insights for leadership and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and enhance performance measurement frameworks, including key metrics and reporting structures
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting packages, including dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
  • Contribute to sustainability and ESG reporting, including climate-related disclosures and performance tracking
  • Provide technical accounting guidance through research, analysis, and internal documentation
  • Support internal and external audit processes and implement recommended improvements
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting requirements and applicable standards
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed

What You Bring
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Professional designation (CPA or equivalent) is considered an asset
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or performance measurement
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and best practices
  • Experience translating business drivers into measurable performance indicators
  • Exposure to sustainability or ESG reporting frameworks is an asset
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and large-scale systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
