What You’ll Do
- Maintain and enhance performance measurement frameworks, including key metrics and reporting structures
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Develop and deliver regular reporting packages, including dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Contribute to sustainability and ESG reporting, including climate-related disclosures and performance tracking
- Provide technical accounting guidance through research, analysis, and internal documentation
- Support internal and external audit processes and implement recommended improvements
- Ensure compliance with corporate reporting requirements and applicable standards
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Professional designation (CPA or equivalent) is considered an asset
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or performance measurement
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and best practices
- Experience translating business drivers into measurable performance indicators
- Exposure to sustainability or ESG reporting frameworks is an asset
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and large-scale systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
