About the Role:
 
A leading global investment organization is seeking a Senior Analyst, Investment Operations to support the management and expansion of its growing investment portfolio. This position sits within the investment operations group and offers exposure to a broad range of asset classes, including public and private investments.
The successful candidate will work closely with the investment, accounting, and technology teams to ensure efficient trade settlement, liquidity management, and operational integrity across a complex, evolving platform. What You'll Do:
  • Support trade lifecycle processes across public and private asset classes, ensuring timely settlement and reconciliation.
  • Execute treasury functions including liquidity management, cash positioning, and wire transfers.
  • Assist in onboarding new trading counterparties and coordinating KYC documentation.
  • Reconcile investment positions and cash activity across internal systems and external administrators.
  • Collaborate with accounting, legal, and investment teams to implement new products and complex transactions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system integrations alongside the technology team.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Participate in ongoing operational enhancements and data integrity projects.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in investment operations, middle office, or fund accounting.
  • CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation (or in progress) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of trade lifecycle processes, particularly in alternatives and fixed income.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills; Power BI or VBA exposure is an asset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and self-directed approach with strong communication skills.
  • Exposure to insurance-related investments or regulatory environments is a plus.
