About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Associate (M&A) to support deal sourcing and execution efforts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys proactive outreach, and wants meaningful exposure to M&A strategy and transaction processes.
You’ll play a key role in building acquisition pipelines, engaging senior decision-makers, and helping move opportunities through the early stages of a transaction.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain target company lists aligned with client investment criteria
- Execute structured outbound campaigns across multiple channels
- Engage founders, executives, board members, and advisors in discussions around strategic transactions
- Qualify opportunities and generate actionable deal flow
- Assist in advancing opportunities from initial discussion through preliminary agreement
- Conduct high-level financial analysis and build simplified financial models
- Coordinate communication between buyers and sellers to maintain momentum
- Support preparation of indicative offers and related materials
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements
- Evaluate and implement tools to streamline outreach and tracking
- Contribute ideas to improve overall origination strategy and scalability
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, or a similar analytical/client-facing environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Solid financial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
- High integrity and comfort operating with autonomy
