About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Associate (M&A) to support deal sourcing and execution efforts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys proactive outreach, and wants meaningful exposure to M&A strategy and transaction processes.

 

You’ll play a key role in building acquisition pipelines, engaging senior decision-makers, and helping move opportunities through the early stages of a transaction.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain target company lists aligned with client investment criteria
  • Execute structured outbound campaigns across multiple channels
  • Engage founders, executives, board members, and advisors in discussions around strategic transactions
  • Qualify opportunities and generate actionable deal flow
  • Assist in advancing opportunities from initial discussion through preliminary agreement
  • Conduct high-level financial analysis and build simplified financial models
  • Coordinate communication between buyers and sellers to maintain momentum
  • Support preparation of indicative offers and related materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements
  • Evaluate and implement tools to streamline outreach and tracking
  • Contribute ideas to improve overall origination strategy and scalability

 

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, or a similar analytical/client-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Solid financial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • High integrity and comfort operating with autonomy
