About the Role
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position plays a key role in supporting financial planning, treasury oversight, and operational decision-making. The role is highly analytical and project-driven, requiring strong business partnering skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. This role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office once a week at their Cowansville location.
What You’ll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Partner with operational teams to analyze cost structures and identify efficiency opportunities
- Support treasury-related activities, including cash flow analysis and working capital management
- Develop clear, concise reporting for senior leadership
- Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
- Experience in a manufacturing or operationally focused environment is an asset
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to cost analysis and operational performance metrics
- Understanding of treasury management principles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
