About the Role Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position focuses on financial analysis, performance monitoring, and supporting planning and reporting activities. You will work closely with teams across finance and other internal stakeholders, contributing to both regional and broader initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial results, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support business decisions
- Review and consolidate financial information from multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Prepare reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership
- Support budgeting and long-term planning processes, including reviewing financial models and key assumptions
- Develop an understanding of business drivers to clearly communicate financial performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support timely reporting and deliverables
- Assist with integrating new business activities into existing financial processes
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows and enhance efficiency
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required
What You Bring
- CPA designation required
- Experience in public accounting is ideal
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data and models
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
