A high-growth global organization is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to support its international tax and compliance function. This is a hands-on role with strong cross-functional exposure, ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed financial data while collaborating across teams and jurisdictions.

About the Role Reporting to a senior finance leader, this position plays a key role in supporting tax compliance, financial reporting, and process coordination across multiple regions. You’ll be involved in gathering and validating financial information, supporting external partners, and ensuring accuracy across a complex, multi-entity environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Pull together and validate financial and operational data needed to support tax filings across different regions
  • Act as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring information is clear, complete, and delivered on time
  • Review account balances and investigate inconsistencies, taking ownership of resolving any issues identified
  • Support the close process through preparation of journal entries and detailed backup documentation
  • Help manage foreign currency impacts by ensuring data is accurately reflected across multiple entities
  • Keep track of key reporting timelines, proactively coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines
  • Look into tax-related questions, distilling complex information into clear summaries and next steps
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect inputs and resolve data gaps or discrepancies
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews by preparing and organizing required materials
  • Play a role in improving internal workflows by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical enhancements

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end processes
  • Working knowledge of indirect tax, exposure to multi-entity or international environments is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate issues
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and applying sound judgment to complex situations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
