Finance Systems Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established not-for-profit in downtown Toronto hiring a Finance Systems Manager to help bridge the gap between finance, accounting, and IT.

Location: Hybrid – 1–2 in-office days per week (Downtown Toronto)

Experience: Sage Intacct expertise (certification preferred); hands-on with system migrations, upgrades, and workflow automation

Compensation: $100K–$105K + excellent benefits

This is the perfect role for a proactive, tech-savvy finance professional who thrives on improving systems and streamlining operations. You’ll lead finance system upgrades, enhance reporting capabilities, and support integrations that scale with the organisation.

You’ll also take the lead on training end users, supporting data integrity, and driving long-term system improvements that have real impact.
